This creation is made of a solid 18k gold mounting.
The style of the ring is called "gypsy". It can be worn by
either a man or a woman. This ring centers a stunning
yellow sapphire .55ct. It is shouldered by two striking
rubies that weigh a total of .53ct. The color combination
is subtle, yet daring.
Normally, with this style, the
stones are set low into the mounting. In this variation,
I used white gold bezels to surround each stone – setting
them slightly above the mounting level. The bezels
increase their visibility, while emphasizing the
importance of each stone. The finish is boldly polished.
This ring is available in many combinations, and has the
unique feature of working well in jeans as it does in a
dress outfit. I know that you will get as much joy from
wearing this ring as I had making it.

the shank plays an integral part in the overall look of the ring.
